Multiple brands

Background

Raw Access Media created paid media creative for over 15 e-commerce brands simultaneously, delivering UGC-style video ads for Facebook and Instagram at scale. The work was a full creative testing operation: A/B testing hooks, copy, voiceovers, visuals, and editing style to find what actually converts, then turning those winners into repeatable production patterns.

What I did

I built the intelligence and production infrastructure that kept both strategy and execution running without friction.

On the intelligence side, we used Facebook Ad Library, AdSpy, and Kalodata to monitor what competitors were running and how long their ads were staying live (a reliable signal of profitability). MotionApp and Facebook Ads analytics told us which of our own creative elements were driving results. Creative directors walked into daily meeting with data, not instincts.

On the production side, I engineered automation pipelines using Zapier and n8n to eliminate the manual handoffs between briefing, asset delivery, editing, and review. ElevenLabs handled voiceover generation for rapid hook variants. ClickUp and Slack kept editors, project managers, and creative leads synchronized across all active accounts.

The result: editors went from 8 ads per day to 12. At peak, we were shipping roughly 110 ads per day across the full client roster.

The challenge

At volume, creative decisions go bad fast without data to back them. The real risk isn't a slow team, but a creative team guessing on hooks, wasting time on untested angles, and shipping ads that look good but don't perform. Our job was to make sure that never happened. Our philosophy was to deliver ads that convert, no matter what.
